Denver Water constructed a new LEED Certified Building that contained Low-E glass. The lead content of this glass reduced outdoor cellular signals from being usable by all personnel in the building. Denver Water funded a multi-carrier, neutral host DAS that covered all six floors of the building. Pando was selected to design a Cellular DAS Wireless that met the indoor aesthetic of the building while maintaining the key performance metrics expected by the Mobile Network Operators.
